Refunds & Returns
You can return the goods you have purchased within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we need proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than fourteen days after delivery
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
If it is approved, a refund will be processed and will be sent to your credit or debit card.
Sale items
Only normally-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@gillianbennett.co.uk and return your item to: Curfew House, 28 St. Peter’s Street, Sandwich, Kent CT14 6BW.
Returns
To return your product, send it to: Curfew House, 28 St. Peter’s Street, Sandwich, Kent CT14 6BW, using a tracked service. Please keep proof of posting.
You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning the item.
Delivery costs are non-refundable.
The time taken for any exchanged product to reach you may vary.
